Designed by Broadway Malyan architecture, Forum Barreiro is a shopping center with a construction area of 100,000 m2, 17,500 m2 GLA (Gross Leasable Area) and 9.000m2 of housing area, located in the northern part of the city of Barreiro .
The building consists of three basements for parking, a ground and 1st floors for commerce and cinemas. Above the south entrance of the shopping center, there are four residential blocks with 7 floors.
The structure of the Forum is mainly reinforced concrete with some wood and steel structures.
The technical team of DIMSTRUT, currently integrated in the staff of CONSULMAR, designed the foundations and structures.
