Face ao período que atravessamos, e com o objectivo de minimizar quaisquer riscos relativos ao COVID-19, a CONSULMAR decidiu implementar um Plano de Contingência que permitirá manter a operação e continuar a disponibilizar os nossos serviços da forma habitual. Porto da Praia, Cape Verde – Stage 2

CONSULMAR undertook the Detailed Design of the Expansion and Modernization works of the Port of Praia – Phase 2, which is still in progress, undertaken by a Portuguese consortium, with a total investment of the order 35Meuro, co-financed by the Portuguese and Cape Verdean States.

The design contemplated five components, namely the new breakwater, sea revetment of the new container park, landfills construction, rehabilitation of Pier 1 (existing) and 230m of new quay wall, all the infrastructure (technical networks, port buildings, roads, signage, security, etc.), ongoing since 2010 and with completion scheduled for 2013.
