Consulmar provides monitoring and site supervision works, as well as contract management services, for projects which are not restricted to the sectors in which it develops consultancy work.

In addition to Portugal, including the autonomous regions, the company has a permanent capacity installed to provide these services in Angola, Mozambique and S. Tomé and Principe, and may even act in other markets.

The certification by the NP EN ISO 9001:2008, which includes, among others, the activities of Site Supervision and Contracts Management and Construction Safety Coordination, and the qualifications, since 1992, by the National Laboratory of Civil Engineering (LNEC ) as “General Quality Manager of Construction Projects” in the highest class of the three existing categories, are a guarantee of competence and rigor in quality, cost and administrative monitoring and control in the implementation of Projects, ensuring total satisfaction of the Client’s objectives.
