Expansion and Modernization of The Port of La Guaira, Venezuela
The project to expand and modernize the port of La Guaira includes the construction of three new container terminals: one to the south with a length of 1189 m, depths up to -12.00, handling capacity of 672,500 TEU/year; another to the north, 750 m long, depths up to 14.00m and a capacity of 540,000 TEU/year and the third in the West, with 570m, depths up to 14.00m and handling capacity of 390,000 TEU/year. The projects developed by CONSULMAR include port facilities and all onshore infrastructures to an extent of 46 hectares.
