Face ao período que atravessamos, e com o objectivo de minimizar quaisquer riscos relativos ao COVID-19, a CONSULMAR decidiu implementar um Plano de Contingência que permitirá manter a operação e continuar a disponibilizar os nossos serviços da forma habitual. A nossa equipa continuará a trabalhar, preferencialmente e maioritariamente a partir de casa, mantendo-se o escritório operacional.

Quality – Certification

Consulmar’s Quality Management System follows the set of ISO 9001 Norms and is certified by EIC, under the scope which includes the following activities:

Designs and Designs Reviews, Consultancy and Technical Assistance in Engineering and Architecture;

Site supervision and Construction Contracts Quality Management;

Coordination of Health and Safety on site.

Since 1992, the Company is classified as “Quality General Manager of Construction Projects”, by the Portuguese National Laboratory of Civil Engineering (LNEC), with the highest grade in all categories.

Under the scope of the FINCRESCE IAPMEI program, the “SME Lider’12” status was assigned to Consulmar, distinction inherent to the quality of its performance and its risky profile.

Subsequently, CONSULMAR was also distinguished with the status of “SME Excellence” in 2012, a status created by IAPMEI, in partnership with banks, to distinguish small and medium enterprises that show the best performances among the National Leaders SME.

Consulmar is accredited by the National Security Authority, under the following brands:

“NATO” in the degree “CONFIDENTIAL” in the context of projects developed for the “Estado Maior General das Forças Armadas” (Ministry of National Defense);

“NATIONAL” in the degree “CONFIDENTIAL”, for IPTM (Maritime Transports and Ports Institute) within the scope of Accreditation of Recognized Protection Organizations (POR’s) for Ports Infrastructures.

Management Policy

Consulmar’s Management Policy is governed by the following principles:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting product and service requirements as well as legal requirements;
  • Guiding the relationships with its suppliers based on a partnership logic, considering them an integral part of the Management System and maintaining an evaluation and qualification of the services provided;
  • Involve all employees in the Management System, being attentive to their needs;
  • Systematically evaluate the results of the implementation of its Management System, keeping all activities functioning according to established procedures, continuously improving the effectiveness of the System.
